its a fresh air when a content creator are not sugar coating everything it sees in the philippines. Filipinos and its government are not perfect but the country itself is beautiful.

The country is truly beautiful, the people are so kind, but yes not everything is perfect. We simply want to show the reality.

I live in Cebu but have only been to see the whale shark once. Too many people and it may be affordable for tourists but 1,750 is expensive for us locals. I saw some opinions on the internet about the feeding of the whale sharks as a bad thing but in my opinion it's better than watching animals in the zoo, since these whale sharks are free to go whenever they like, and somehow they have a symbiotic relationship with the community. I'm sure the whale shark experience in the wild would be better in some ways but I doubt it would be as less costly, as close up and assured as what we have in Oslob. A part of me hoped that more people would go for those wild whale shark tours so I could enjoy more of our Oslob whale shark experience as a local. 😅

Yes definitely mixed opinions on this topic. I understand the local people have to make money and this is there business and livelihood, and I do support it. But when you see a whale shark organically/randomly it is a better feeling. Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed it and I am happy to support such things. Way better than going to a zoo where animals are kept in captivity

Hi Robert and Natalie, thank you for an other great video, with beautiful views of sunrise , beautiful nature, amazing blue waters and all the sea creatures, but as your Mother I am always so scared when you do this, you know how I feel! Stay safe, healthy and happy, love you both ALWAYS!!! ❤❤❤

We went to Oslob in 2012 to swim with the whale sharks. The number of people were maybe around 60 on the morning we were there. A lot has changed since then.

if they really want to make more money they will charge an exorbitant amount just to see them. the local government let you pay a very small amount of money for the locals so they can have a decent job to feed their family and to take care of the whale shark rather than hunt them and ate them. their trying their best to please all the visitors and nobody is pushing you to came just to criticize the locals.

It seems like a great experience but I don't think I would wake up that early, travel and wait in the midst of all that chaos or maybe there's an off peak season where there's not many people.

ROBERT IS ONE LAD WHO IS JUST CURIOUS ABOUT THE WORLD BUT WILL NEVER BE IMPRESSED ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN HIMSELF OR HIS WORLD WHERE HE'S FAMILIAR WITH.....such a negative guy with sick pessimism and monotonic complaining. He proceeds to comment saying "the reason why people are unimpressed" but ends up on the next clip giigling with fun 🙄😒. Compares experience in Thailand where it is "organic" compared to how he sees oslob whaleshark as "touristy" and crowded....COMMON SENSE: NOT A SINGLE PERSON LIVE IN THE SEA AND USED TO SEEING WHALE SHARK IN THEIR LIVES EVERYDAY. ALL PEOPLE WHO FLOCK IN TOURS ARE JUST LIKE YOU....THEY WANT TO EXPERIENCE IT THEMSELVES AS ANYONE WHO HAS NOT TRAVELLED and seen the world. Need to be more openminded sir. The world does not revolve around you and people aren't the same as you....but everybody strives hard to catch a glimpse of what the world offers....be kind and more gentler.

We wish we could, but with our schedules now it is just not feasible and sustainable for us to post 2 long format videos per week. Here and there we could, but to do it week in and week out consistently we at the moment can't sustain it. We are both so happy you like our content and want more. We are truly doing our best at the moment. Thank you again for your support!
