A launch control will give you a slight advantage at a start line. The LCM will create boost pressure while you're staging. Launch control goes hand and hand with your clutch & RPM engagement. Higher the engagement, the most boost you're able to make. Our 2600 PRM engagement is a popular starting point. But, it'll be personal preference.

For whatever reason, we cannot get ours set up right. Our tables look very similar and still it does not build boost, nor does it even sound like it's working like it should. Clutch engagement is at 4200 and we set up the LCM FOR 3900. Is there any way we can pay to have ours updated with your firmware/setup?

How accurate is the boost gauge on the dyno jet. My 2020 RR is seeing 21 psi tuned.

It's reading what the ecu reads. If I'm not mistaken, the RR over boosts to 21 psi on launch by design before coming back down to 18psi on stock tune. Aftermarket tuned should be holding around 21psi depending on the tune you have installed. What psi are you looking for?

@@brokesxs2547 they all have different tunes requested psi's. So if it's asking for 22.5 but only hitting 21, there are a few possible causes. Did you set the waste gate crack pressure to 10psi using something like a mighty vac? Are you testing on a surface that provides good grip? It needs proper load to hit it's boost. If the tires are spinning the entire time when data logging, it might not hit it's target. There can be a boost leak. If you data log, check the tps to make sure it's hitting close to 100%.

Do i need upgrades to it or anything cause I have one but not sure how to install and mine is 2022

Not necessarily, any upgrades will be open to you. There are some basic upgrades I'd say every Can-Am needs. Which you can always reach out and we can help. Installation can be tricky if its new to you, the ignition harness CAN be flipped. Just make sure to refer to the install instruction in the box.

Yes it will work. The LCM is its own unit that adapts (piggy backs) into the OE harness.

SO you have to have custom tuning or the DYnojet software is good enough? I got this as a gift and a switch. It's not plug and play?

No custom tuning needed, technically. You're limited a little bit compared to our configured in how it can be set up. Since we pre-load the LCM with our specs and to the customers clutching. It is plug and play, it does install a specific way. Make sure to check the instructions. Some connectors can be swapped and that'll create problems.

@@whalensspeed Do you need to have the spring? my clutch kit from AA only comes with a different primary spring they said they use the stock secondary. I want to launch around 2200 RPM. Do i have to have the spring or just set the launch rpm at 2100?
