its not dooming if its realistic, your unable to realise that complaining about the state of the game lead to these changes. the doomers you say are the ones who worked hard to voice their opinion to make the game better. content creators and mainly players who called us doomers were the ones who were harming the game. you cant fool thousands of players that the game is good when it isnt.

Agreed. The neglect of player feedback for this long is unacceptable. The passion of the players who are still trying their best to be heard is dwindling. I like the idea of collecting the input from all the leadership minds of PvP guilds to give a complied document of feedback regarding the state of PvP. However, If this gets ignored, it might be too little too late.

The debate shouldn’t be PvP players vs. PvE players but why are the devs so fixated on ignoring player feedback? We’re vocal because we’re not being acknowledged properly, if at all.

They did mention that the NOV was +1 ap compared to PEN debos except the necklace which is +2 ap

Few things to consider that is worse due to new accessories 1. AP stat on Karazad is too good, forcing everyone to be in AP cap set. This means no more DP meme builds, because there wont be a trade off of using Karazad to DR/EVA accessories. You can say that you can use crystal instead but the whole point was to sacrificing AP for other stats - that is no longer a thing 2. Downgrade doesn't mean anything because you are practically forced to use cron. If Sov had "enhance fail will destroy the item after tet", nothing would literally change because everyone is using cron to upgrade. 3. Karazad crystal means that you are required to buy crystal slot expansion. This means less build diversity who are f2p and don't want to cough up crystal slots. Also, you can't easily swap out crystal set unlike accessories mid fight, causing more frustrations in OWPVP (not that it matters anyway) - You can say carrying accessories cost inventory slots but that is far cheaper and easily accsissble (loyalty, quest, few ingame event rewards) compared to crystal slot (mandatory pearl purchase)

BDO is eating it's own tail. After 8 years i' lost any hope for this IP. It's good only because other mmos are that bad. It shows that if devs work on one IP too long they get burned out and IP stales. I'd rather they released crimson desert and maybe after that they come up with some fresh approach. PS. Maybe if J moves elsewhere in company and his role will be filled with someone else for some time it would fix this slow creeping rot.

I am playing this game since 2017, i never go to node wars. I do not understand why people think node wars is best pvp content. What about open world pvp, isnt this supposed to be an open world game?

Is nodewar best content? no, isit needed to have in bdo? yes. you asking question that youself never participant surely you will not understand. Old vs new nodewar is just too much different that you will not experience it anymore. Open world also similar to nodewar too much different ( many rules or get reported ) + red player more punishable etc. But to answer your curiosity Yes.. they need to fix both Nodewar and open world.

@@saitama9717 I cannot speak regarding node wards, but i see all the community speaking regarding node wards issue, meanwhile open world pvp is so dead into the ground 100m deep:)) but i still play the game, i am used to cs and dota games, for example cs has a BIG problem with cheaters, but people still enjoy the game. What i do is this: pray for the best, expect the worst. In this way u are never disapointed by games, human interactions or whatever

For the 1st time ever the new progression path costing way to much money for someone like me to even try to reach , I am considering uninstalling the game. Yeah the not down grading is a win but still. I can’t P2W , I been playing BDO 4 years now and still trying to F2P a Pen BS because the money I can afford to spend goes on the 3 subs , it’s just getting unrealistic that I will ever reach that point to participate in any PvP I was interested in doing. The cron cost of stuff is just getting to be to much and I have tried no lifing 8+ hrs a day and still struggling with Tett BS. Let alone Debos or these or sovereign. I do atleast have Duo FG. I’m still running Tett Tungrads 😢.

You are doing something seriously wrong if you're still on tet tungrads after 4 years, I went from 700 to 745 in 2 months, my friend was completely new and it took him 4-5 months to reach 720 (with 3 debo set, an extra month for the 2 rings), debos and everything are super easy to get nowadays, you can literally go grind crescents with agris/agris coin for 1.5/2b an hour and just buy everything instead of tapping. You said that you've lifed +8 hours in this game but I have no idea how, I no lifed for a bit and it got me to 745, how can you play +8 hours a day and still struggle on tet bs/tungrads? Also pen tungrads are what, 20-30b now? And a full set of tet debos is a lot less than a full set of pen tungrad/ogres from a year or two ago, so I don't really know how you play to get the results you're getting. And no I don't p2w, spending irl money for crons is dumb as shit unless you can drop a thousand and not care about it

I don't know what their logic was with this. Melt a PEN yellow to make a base purple with less AP. They must think the average player is swimming in cron stones. THEY ALREADY NEED THE CRONS FOR PEN BLACKSTAR. The new grind zones will be dominated by people with gear already. None of this is benefitting new players.

It won't effect your stats drastically when you make it. Take PEN crescent ring for example, 20 ap. Turning it into a base karazad will drop down to 16 ap, a loss of 4, but karazad also gives you 4 hidden ap for each accessory. So the only thing you really lose is bracket bonus AP when making it. Getting to TET karazad will probably not be super hard either considering TET->PEN is only 10 pities so it won't even cost a ton of crons. You probably shouldn't even be making these accessories yet if you won't even be able to enhance it at all when you make it

Choice, I dont know how you can be positive about the gearing and PVE direction, its just more single player "content" focused on grinding for crons and rolling the dice to upgrade. Because with the new guild bosses, it's showing that Pa is willing to go towards more group pve content, so it's believable that in the near future they will have more group grind zones and potentially platoon style raids. Crons are definitely a huge problem though, especially since the market will inflate tremendously and you won't be able to just "buy things with silver" as they say Pvp wise yeah the game is dead, if you wanted to play bdo for its pvp and you don't like instance pvp it's time to find a new game. But like all mmorpgs, they are not known for their pvp. Ff14 and WoW are not known for their pvp and are pve focused mmos. Which I think is the direction that Pa is trying to go towards. Please comprehend my full comment before responding.
