Slip n Slide was fun and all but my buddies and I wanted something more. That’s when we discovered the pool cover my buddy’s parents had, that’ll work! We took that off laid it on the grass, turned the hose on and covered the whole thing in dish soap for sliding purposes. Best time ever… until his parents came home of course!

I remember going to a K-Mart around the time Empire Strikes Back was out and there was a big display of magic sand. I was only 3 or 4 and going to the store was a big deal since we lived in a very tiny town. I’ve still never seen it out of a bottle IRL, but I’ve always wanted to see what it was like. I know they make similar things now, but I’ve never gotten around to buying any.

You take your Turbo Tube and work it into a Wet Weenie, declare "It's Willie!" then play Poke A Bone (you might need a tube of Slip'N'Slide if your girlfriend is old) until it shoots its Super Stuff from your Super Ball...then afterward do the Water Wiggle til it looks like it has been in the Shrink Machine. If you had to pay for the experience, make sure you wear a Superelasticbubbleplastic (not to brag, but I had to use the larger Super Balloon) and kick her out quick afterward, even if you have to open a window play Frisbee with her Horseshoes afterward if she forgot em. Sometimes, if you want to get crazy, you can make a film of her doing a Nutter Knotter with Fido.

1:15 "Poke-A-Bone...Try'n catch ALL THE BONES" I wonder if any grandparents thought their grandkids were talking about this when they were talking about Pokemon and "Gotta Catch 'em All". 3:07 It looks like Shrinky Dinks combined with an Easy Bake Oven. 6:59 I remember seeing the Magic Sand around at my grandma's house but I never actually played with it and never knew what it was. 10:07 When I was a little kid my family went to a campground and some other kid I didn't know just showed up without his parents and started showing off his plastic bubbles. I thought it was weird that the kids parents weren't watching him. 12:19 I looked up the commercial for Nutty Knotter and it's some kind of magic trick, I guess.

You always see people on nostalgia shows talking about the toys they played with as kids, but you never see anybody talking about the piece of nuclear waste they played with as a kid do you? I wonder why..? That's a Free Market for you, you don't just pay your money and take your choice, you pay your money and take your chances... 💀😂
