Investigators work to find cause of deadly DC plane-helicopter crash

The helicopter pilot mistook another planes lights for the one he hit. He told the Air traffic controllers that he had the AA plane in sight but being a very crowded airspace at night he actually saw a plane on approach that was further away, but thought it was the American Airlines flight.
