Every time I watch you, I end up going through my coins. I've got 10 1966 1 cent coins in good condition.Just the usual brown, one a bit on the golden side, and one is black on the obverse and a lovely brown on the reverse. There isn't 1 bit of black on it. It looks pretty cool. Of course I had to go through the 2 cent coins and I've got 7 1966 coins probably high grade some different shades of brown - light and dark. I've got quite a few of 1989, 1990 of both that are lightly circulated. Several look like I just got them from the bank. I don't know why I kept them. Probably because I can't throw money away!!! How much are the 1966 coins? Thanks Glen.

1966 uncirculated, between $15-30, depending on the day.

1966 a whole heap early 70s 1 and 2 c coins circulated price have no idea how to get them looked at or sold

if you were to pay for them would it be face value or by weight?,... how much a kilo ?

They range from $10 to $30 per kg, depending on condition, so the average is $20. Face value would be a bank. But I do not bother to buy or sell them as there is very little demand for them.

You started looking for 1966 1c coin but did not SAY WHY. Are they rare?

No, very common. But there are different mintmarks I need for a video.

The 1 and 2 cent coins that are from 1966 dont have the SD signature, that makes them more of value because there was only so many missing it. Pretty sure its also the 1981 2 cent coins and something about the 1968 1 cent but im unsure why for the 1968 1 cent coins. Still researching this myself haha. Have over 100s of 1 and 2 cent coins inherited so going through to find about them.

Very common, only uncirculated around $2 and errors are worth keeping.
