I usually play a tomislav ambush heavy without any pocket medic. It works decent, I die a lot but I also get a lot of kills so it's a double edged sword and pretty suicidal. My stats at the end of the game are always something like 30 kills - 31 deaths, 40 kills - 38 deaths or so.

Even without a medic I still usually have twice as many kills as I do deaths. You just gotta have good map/player awareness. I also always rev up my gun mid jump. Especially helps with corners!

I was in a game of upward recently where someone with an exact copy of this loadout and exact same steam name had 2 medics pocketing him while he would turn hacks on and off again. People kept trying to get him kicked but the medics would all vote against, along with people who didn't realize that everyone calls hackers bots now instead.
