Great camera works! It appears the top end real estate market is a bit weak at the moment, I can’t believe this one in late 2021 or early 2022 would only ask for $16m, must be $20m plus.

The house has a superb location, and spectacular views; but what I do not appreciate about this house is the lack of creativity for the interior: it is a joke and in need of a desperate remodel!

The business class immigration requirements are very easy, still a lot of Chinese buyers will come to enjoy the cheap housing market in Vancouver West. Banning foreigners doesn't work
