Girl, same in Boston! We get covered garage parking, and storage space, along with all of the other amenities. Mind you these are the prices now that prices are high.

Wow I was 4201 and we paid the same amount and totally got ripped of. You had 4 more closets 2 significantly nicer bathrooms to my one. (We had public restrooms right across the hall from us) a lot more storage in the kitchen and what seems to be Bout the same amount of square footage. Your floor plan was so much nicer looking than mine too. Only nice thing I had only 2 neighbors one above and one to my left so it was always quiet. Bad things was leaking roof in heavy rain and all my drywall cracked due to significant settling. Ended up leaving just before you moved in based off the time stamp hope you enjoy it there. My wife and I miss that town and our memories in that place much. (actually how I found this video was looking to see if we could chase that feel good memories)
