Not worth it... 9 million AED and you wont own the land.. you just have the villa and have to pay a lot of money on service charges and hope Damac stays in business to maintain the community... At best this Villa should be valued at about 2.2 million AED.

from the a outer suburb in Sydney with a beach, average new/modern apartment prices start $1.5m USD to $5m USD houses sell for up to $8m USD honestly this house very average and looks like mass produced project home in a very average suburb.

Make video on citizenship by marriage by living abroad. Italy and Switzerland have this. Does any one else have it? I also know that Cape Verde have it where you get the citizenship immediately. Obviously you shouldn't marry someone for those reasons. But it is interesting to know 😁
