The dress is absolutely gorgeous, and I adore the sleeves/gloves! Having said that, I am now experiencing extreme envy that you are going to a ball at the Bodleian - I would go to just about anything at the Bodleian, but a ball would be the best!❤

How much does the finished skirt weigh??? I get that tulle is really quite thin, but oh my gosh, that must've cost a fortune and been a nightmare to sew! The finished outfit is gorgeous, but you must've had endless patience to make something like this!

Enjoy Oxford! I was born there, and grew up nearby! Locals pronounce Bodleian 'Bod-lee-un'. 😉 If you have time check out the Ashmolean museum, it's amazing. My great-grandfather used to work there as a cabinet maker.
