Today I toured M Residence property, a brand new high rise condo building in Bkk neighborhood of Phnom Penh, Cambodia 🇰🇭. One of the property managers gave me a complete tour of their studio, one, and two bedroom units and their amenities.

I really liked the 1 bedroom a lot. BUT! The rent there is really meant for stupid foreigners that think that 750 a month is cheap. Even in central parts of Bangkok you can get a fully furnished 1 bedroom condo unit with the same amount of amenities or better for almost half that price.
