You were lucky if you had a sandwich. And they liked it that way. Now we chalk up all the mental and physical illness of teens to just typical teenage angst behavior. How about we are trapped in a prison for 6+ hours a day completely removed from our natural diet and life path. If I had it my way I would have been starting a family and living off the land. Much more valuable life experience if you ask me. Rather I was told children would ruin my life and got threatened with suspension for hugging my boyfriend (now my husband). No wonder I was miserable. I should have ignored my abusive counselor, wrote my own diploma, and GTFO! I will never subject my children to this. I haven't watched the video yet but here are my predictions. Lemon water then avacado toast or a smoothy bowl. Then some fake vitamins to some sponsor. Uses a blender once or more. Coffee or tea and desert all thought the video. These vegans are all predictable. Why do they all do what I eat videos?

I remember when I was vegetarian/vegan eating like this after I graduated high school. With time I developed ovarian cysts and got one of them removed. I learned my lesson hard and I stopped being vegan in 2017 and now I eat a balanced omnivore diet low in carbs and sugar, eating more animal proteins, dairy products ,and vegetables which is healing the damage I caused to my body and reproductive system. A vegan diet high in refined sugar and carbs causes infertility and infects the ovaries

Well. In my school days (90') it was already plant based or maybe 50/50. Watery soup with not much in it (and they were always so unhappy we didn't wanna eat that lol) and then some typical carb heavy (pasta/potatoes/rice) main meal with some lean meat. Occasionally a liver dish, liver, some sauce and rice. Many kids hated it. Another hated meal was lentils with sausages. My favourite was 1/4 of chicken (with skins and bones) with potato mash. There were also some "traditional" meals that were meatless (sweet ones - and really unhealthy - f.e. one is basically pastries with sweet vanilla cream or dumplings with fruit (plums or peaches typically) in it - but they tasted really good lol). Not much veggies I think back then. This was a Central Europe, post-SSSR country. And def margarine and rapeseed oil was touted as healthy fats, I def didn't get much animal fat growing up. :( Now in Finland, yeah, they offer more and more vegetarian and vegan options, claiming it to be for health and environment. 🙄And always quite a lot of salad options and ppl believing it's so healthy, meanwhile when there was a sausage day (my school days from around 2015), we were limited how many we could take - but def no limits on sides (potatoes etc.) or salads! Also, to me, Finns have a strange habit of eating bread with the main course. Of course school cafeterias don't offer pure butter (too unhealthy!), only margarine or margarine/butter mix at best. Offered milk is skimmed. I plan to go study again, well, guess if I plan to eat there even though it's free of charge for students. Free garbage is still garbage.

Because they're good for you. Unlike this guy's channel, where he makes such outrageous claims as girls should get pregnant as soon as they've had their first period and that if a man doesn't find a 15 year old girl attractive that he's mentally ill. Oh, and that childbirth pains are due to the woman being "too old" (in other words, older than puberty). That, my friend, is what tastes like shit: this guy's belief system. It's absolutely vile

Anyone know how I can get rid of my dark eye circles? I was brought up on whole milk, eggs, meat and home cooking, had a phase of plant based later in teenage years but I had dark eye circles before then! My family also has them, close and distant. Can it be hereditary or do you think my family just need an even higher amount of animal foods? I try to get enough sleep, my bloods show my vitamins and minerals are good... including iron but I'm taking liver capsules in case it helps. Tips anyone? :)
