Ok subscribed to your channel last week. Based overseas, great content. That $28 apartment puts the greedy real estate guys in Nigeria to shame. Was in Naija 3 mths ago and let's just say accommodation cost was too much. Even when I moved to a hotel after moving out of a Airbnb, was told by the staff at the hotel that there are no irons kept in the hotel rooms. Have to pay N600 per clothes, resorted to ironing 3!!! Giant of of Africa. Thanks for the video

Cost of living is different in different countries, and also different in different areas in a country. Nigeria is an extremely big country., you cannot compare the whole country to Benin cause you've not been everywhere in the country.
