you play pretty well for an old man swing

i like your swing. its compact and the straight ball flight speaks for itself. Not everyone wants to drive the ball 320 yrds and torque their back and risk injury, especially if its just a hobby. Could u pass along a swing thought or feel you have for an 18 hndcp like myself
@Go_Low_Golf Жыл бұрын
Thank you, sir! It's definitely not perfect, but its effective enough. I have a few videos on swing thoughts, think this one might explain it well - long story short, find a thought/feel to start the swing (focus on your takeaway) and then everything else will go from there. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qnianJVtjNKZfs0si=dUjsXhHSnXArZO4e ⛳

I agree with the uphill par 3 knock!

how are you a 3 handicap but ground your club in the bunker on the first hole lol?
@Go_Low_Golf Жыл бұрын
If you’re talking about when I’m setting up (not testing the conditions or improving the position), grounding the club is legal before addressing the ball with the 2023 rule update my dude

@@Go_Low_Golfyou left out a key rule, you can’t ground behind or in front of the ball, which is what you did. Uh oh…

How is that swing a 3 handicap???
@leighhewitt1797 Жыл бұрын
I believe that he can shoot in the mid 70's based on seeing his performance on hole 8. I am a 4 handicap and play in a similar way. We both hit it in play and focus on course management. Our scores will be higher on courses we have never played before as well.
@Go_Low_Golf Жыл бұрын
You should ask Matt Wolff how his swing got him to a +8 😉 Like @leighhewitt1797 mentioned - play smart, have small misses, avoid doubles+, toss in a saucy short game. Don't need a pretty swing to be good at the game.

@@Go_Low_Golf Matt Wolfe like Jim Furyk have unconventional swings. But they are not the norm. Also they may take an unusual path, but still are able to return to a good striking position. This swing just looks like shit. If I saw this swing on the course I would guess 15 - 20 index.
@Go_Low_Golf Жыл бұрын
@@mcanyon38 yeah, I haven’t shot in the 90s in years. If you think I’m a 15-20 then you either don’t know golf or the handicap system - but thanks for your opinion 😂 Might want to tamper your boldness before someone else with a “shitty” swing comes through and takes your money 👀👀👀

@@Go_Low_Golf LOL. Don't cry about it. You have a fucked up swing, but make it work. I just didn't believe that swing was a 3 handicap. LOL. Settle down.

Who’s the 3 handicap? Because it’s not you sir
@Go_Low_Golf4 ай бұрын
@@TylerSmiff-b5i ah another guy who projects his shortcomings onto others.. getting to a 3hdcp isn’t that hard when you keep the ball in play and avoid doubles. On most courses playing 6500-6700 yard tees, shooting a 76-77 will give you a 3hdcp differential, hit that number 4-5 times in your last 20 rounds and boom, even you might get there one day 😉
