As someone with long hair and has cooked their whole life ...also a mom and actually a real life sushi chef. ....I just never get how ppl keep their hair down. Like I cant do anything in the kitchen, or out , without it just getting caught or in the way or a seeing a stray random loose hair on something. I can't even get our of bed without it getting stuck under my own elbow lol

In our bengali style we usually peel that skin off from those lilies and them make a curry type vegetable So it is my first time seeing someone prepare those eith the peel on😅 You should try peeling too Then the colour brightens snd it cooks more early
