Do you monitor your heart rate when you look at your watch? in other words do you try and stay in a certain zone when your working out?

I do monitor my heart rate but generally don’t try to stay in a zone (unless I’m specifically doing zone 2 training). I like to look after a workout to see what my heart rate was at different times.

Jason do you ever meditate 🧘♀️? I do the ACV/fasting salts every morning like you do. I like your morning CWI 👍 which kinda hard for me based on my accommodations. I also do breathing exercises in morning with my meditation. There are apps for it. Plus great for giving energy and lowering anxiety. Great video. Keep up the great work 🎉

Oh this is awesome. You’re my ground beef brother from another mother. I eat taco meat over rice every week. Sometimes I make a meaty sauce and eat that over rice. Lately I’ve been making onion rice and eating that with salt/pepper ground beef. A TBS = 3 tsp. Just for fun. :). And Greek yogurt sucks so much! It requires sweetener for me. Ew. I’m looking forward to saying hi at Legends! :)

At the beginning of this year I did the Carnivore diet for almost 3 months, I ate a lot of ground beef and got pretty tired of it. I still like it as a burger or in tacos but it needs to have extra flavor now in order for me to eat it, I ended up losing about 70 pounds this year, I'm back to eating in a slight surplus to put on muscle. Ice cream and chocolate are my weakness!

It is but white rice has the bran removed so it basically just starchy carbs. Brown rice is very different.
