OMG!! You’re absolutely correct. This home is beeeyouteefull!!! With an eat in kitchen wow!! Huge pantry, with OMG storage, lots of natural light, huge utility (utilty) room with more storage, very nice attic room with 8 foot ceiling, sweet master, and WOW master bath!! Finally!!!! A proper entrance way where you aren’t opening the door and falling immediately into the living room. I’ve never commented before but the separate kitchen with the dining table on the other side of the kitchen is perfect. Just get rid of the wire shelving and the air vents that are in the floor. Absolutely stunning layout.

Great home! I love watching your videos. When I was a youngin my Mom used to go to lots and look through these types of places. Mobile/modular homes have come so far. You are a hoot and I laugh or smile at least once, usually more when I watch you. Don't change or get too fancy.

Thought the same thing about the small dining area. Took up room in the kitchen area. Refrigerator seemed too far from stove/sink area. Also, did anyone notice the closet door in the one bedroom. It opened in to the closet. Thought that was a little strange, lol

Need a tub in the master, take the island out of the kitchen so my table will fit, then move the ducts to the ceiling, and it would be perfect. Love that pantry. The first impression is WOW! The kitchen is different yet functional and I like it. I do love large pantries. The master bathroom shower was nicely done, but the raised section in vanity created wasted counter space. I like a flat long vanity in the master bathroom. One of the master bathroom closets should have been a clothes closet. Great looking house! Thank you for all your hard work in making these videos.

Great floor plan. I can do without the second floor. Nice to finally see a home without a fireplace taking up space. I like to rearrange my furniture once a year so without the fireplace it gives more options. I love the big pantry. Great tour Chance

I love that the dining is sort of inside the kitchen. Reminds me of my granny’s house. The stairway in the utility is perfect because it doesn’t interfere with the living room area... needs a tub in the master! We all love you Chance. You must be from good people!🥰

Wow! I never thought about a modular home to buy. Oh sure, I have lived in one as a small child in the 1960's. Bought some land out west and debating what to put there besides a small cabin. My land is zone up to 3 houses. That pantry is big enough to convert to a temporary bedroom when all the relatives show up for Thanksgiving and you don't want them drinking home drunk. LoL

I like that also, because all clothes don't go into the dryer and a space counter between the w/d helps with separating them. (nothing like trying to put on my favorite sweater that is now two sizes too small!!)

Considering the fact this is a modular home and they’re much more than a regular mobile home, I’d expect more from it. Like better shelving in the closets, seating in the master shower since they went all out on it otherwise, etc. My sister just bought a new double wide and it was top of the line and legit there was nothing you could complain about. They nailed everything! I couldn’t believe how far mobile home have come in the last 20 yrs. Now looking at them myself lol

I love this home and kudos to the designer for all of the closet space; it's rare to see that much in a modular and/or manufactured home. The changes I would make for myself would be to put laminate flooring in the living room and office space; white kitchen cabinets; I wouldn't put the cabinet in between the washer and dryer; I'd get comfort height toilets and vessel bowl sinks in the bathrooms, and I'd paint the outside of the door in the porch going into the house red. Voila ----- I'll take it!

These are Modular homes which is completely different than manufactured homes. Modular homes are built to the same local and state building codes as a site built home and use the same materials. In many cases they exceed local and state building codes. They are installed using a crane and attached to a permanent crawlspace foundation. Whatever kind of siding you like can be installed such as brick, stucco, hardie board, vinyl and etc. They can even do 2 story ceilings if you have the $$$.

It’s way past my bedtime, but I had to watch this before bed. Happy pantry dance! I might be a little weird, but that one wall in the kitchen had one wall cupboard, then a window, then another wall cabinet, and then the fan vent for the stove, then one more wall cabinet and then another window. It’s probably just be my OCD, but I really didn’t like that look. The rest of the house was great, but I mostly watch these because you’re just plain fun! Love the words you come up with!
