So much to love here but especially those four match ball saves in a row at 4:16. Every one of them beyond the reach of mere mortals! Incredible, especially given he was injured. And then also: the point before, 3:53, Gaultier congratulating Abouelghar on his shot with a smile! Not something you often see from a player gone down match point. The most impressive thing to me about Gaultier in the last couple years is his mental strength - especially given how easily he used to go off his head. These days him and El Shorbagy senior are the toughest, the ones you expect to win when it's tied in the fifth. Beautiful.

Hi guys I'm a beginner at squash and i have question i couldn't find an answer: if I served but the ball was headed to my box not the opposite side where it should be but my opponent volleyed the ball before it touch the ground dose the serve stand ? or I serve again.

The serve stands (think about times when it's close and you don't know whether it would be in or out, how could you decide fairly without ball-tracking technology?).

thanks to both of you, I have two more questions: 1- Does the server gets 2 chances like Tennis if the first serve wrong you get the second or one chance if you miss the opponent get the point ? 2- if i serve but the ball touch the side walls or the back wall before landing to my opponent side is this a good serve or fault ?

NonOf UrBusiness no 2nd chance, if you miss the serve you opponent gets the point.

NonOf UrBusiness it's okay if it touches sidewall or backwall first, in fact a good serve is one that goes into the sidewall to prevent your opponent from volleying.

Gaultier has been one of the best players ever but he must be very irritating to play. Showboating, hugging and playing the crowd must be very annoying for opponents.

Great match for both players. Aboulghar really put Gaultier on the ropes and could have beat him. Anyway it is sad to see the unprofessional conduct Gaultier has very often with his opponents. It is still a long way to him from being a real number one.

I honestly find different the elshorg, ashour and other's entertainment than Gaultier's. They don't make fun of the opponent. Because of they do entertainment regardless their opponents is why I like them more than Gaultier on this matter. But it is just my personal point of view, the ethic in court is different on every person. I feel Gaultier abuses of his addressings to their opponents in the game.

I find it very funny that you point out Greg's conduct but look over ElShorbagy's, like you ONLY watch highlights and judge people there. I watched full matches of both and while Greg might poke fun at his opponent, the things ElShorbagy says on the court are, at times, unfiltered and really disrespectful. I haven't watched the full match, but Greg had so much respect for his opponent's brilliance during the short clips.

There are some videos I have seen, where the commentary is so much informative and entertaining as well. Time to get those guys back.
