Interesting seeing the scale test car right behind the locomotives like that. I've seen a fre and they were always the last car. Meanwhile, how long did that poor schmuck on the middle tracked up waiting to be allowed to go? 😅

I've seen them throughout the consist, doesn't seem to matter where they end up. I can't remember now but I think that was 14M to Buffalo via Youngstown and I believe it sat for about 2 hours.
