Entertaining vid as always! Thought you might have had some war film background music during the gunshots! Those trail half marathons are not to be underestimated. Did the Chiltern Ridge Trail last month, some steep hills. This one looks similarly tough!

I am becoming a miserable old woman, I realised some time ago that I loathe road races.. Too peoply, all that 'good running, nearly there shite' and well wishes thrusting jelly babies at you when actually I hate them.. Give me wine gums or nothing... But now I have taken against cowbells too.. Bloody noisy jangling... All this grumpiness means I now have to set my races in the middle of nowhere starting at 30 miles.. Less noisy exuberance and more miserable determination.. Yup 😂
