I'm sure when Dr. Marvin arrived back to his vacation house, he must have called his administration and said, "Betty, Bob Wiley is not dead as you called me up and said he wasn't dead" where Betty must have said, "well Dr. Marvin, a detective stopped by and said that Bob Wiley was dead and said that he needed a mailing address to talk to you." Then Dr. Marvin must have said, "well that detective was Bob Wiley posing as a detective just to track me down on my vacation."
