They've hinted at it in the past, and since they've added everything from TTO (with field offices as an exception, but they're completely revamping those), it's even more likely now. Things like the Executive Office Tower and revamped field offices will obviously be added first, though.

Okay, in this case, it's a group of robots. The point is that Cog Nation already exists. It's the cogs themselves.

If the Chairman was planned at the same time as Cog Nation, which I'm pretty sure he was, and I'm also pretty sure Cog Nation will most likely be the last Cog HQ, then the Chairman will most likely be in Cog Nation. I kinda got burnt out of ttr just as I imagine a lot of people did but If they were to add something as big as cog nation you can bet your mothers rainy day fund I'll be playing non-stop for at least a few weeks. But that's high expectations to be expecting that in the near future.

I kind of have a theory that leads to my conclusion that TTO could possibly be coming back, however, this isn't proven. This is just my theory. I still need to do some research too so yeah. Don't judge. So on the TTOff homepage (link: ttoffline.com/ ) you can see the logo. But the logo looks really simalar to the TTO logo. So that lead me to the conclusion that TTOff was made by Disney. But one thing I found weird is that when you open the game, on the top right corner (or bottom. tbh I don't remember) it says "Powered by The Fabulous Toontown Rewritten!" Also, you know how there's a picture at the very top left corner? Well, if you were a TTO player like me (and don't ask me how I remember this) but the launcher had a picture of Flippy's head with an orange back round. Guess what? The TTOff launcher has the EXACT SAME PICTURE. I HIGHLY doubt that's a coincidence. And my conclusion is: (drum roll please) Disney is working with the TTR team and catching up on their updates so TTO can reopen and still have the exact same things. And I think the reason TTO hasn't come out yet is because I happen to know that coding takes a long time. And who knows, Disney might've just started working on this like, a year ago, and I also doubt they wouldn't have finished by now. This could also be the reason TTR isn't updating as much.
