Love the sock question. I remember hearing a story many years ago where a lady was out shopping and was going to pick up a fun pair of socks, but felt really pressed to get the white ones instead. When she finally heard back from her box, the boy was so grateful for them because they were the last piece he needed for his school uniform ❤

Thanks so much for answering my question! ❤️ That's helpful to hear. I also took out owl stuffed animals this year after debating on it. It was a personal decision (Samaritan's Purse said they're okay when I asked), but most of my boxes go to African nations and we had hosted a pastor from Africa who mentioned the stigma that owls have. I just don't want to send a confusing message with them.

Thanks for answering my questions! That's cool about the kids giving and sharing as a part of their culture, That resonates very well with being Christian. Good to know about the sewing kits. I got excited and ordered 2 from lionwholesale. I'll see how big they are. Would it be wrong to put in a 5-9 box? You know because of the pins? I'm doing 3 boxes this year and I already feel love for these little girls! I hope they can also use little cute colorful short socks too because I'm including those!
