For context, President Cyril Ramaphosa has signed into law the Employment Equity Amendment Act 4 of 2022. The Act amends the Employment Equity Act of 1998 (Act 55 of 1998) with new measures to promote diversity and equality in the workplace.

Majority AA are coloureds/biaracial, from days of slavery lots happened (to this day) mixed babys were being born, sime lighter skin than others, coloureds mix oeople come in all shades of colour depending who mixed with who see chinese nd Black mix they are darker skin, indian black, arab black, than these mixed depenfing who thry married or bred with either becsme lighter skin or darker some had straight hair some coarse hair thst is why coloureds, biracial may look differrnt but end of day they are all the same propke, Coloureds are proud ofxwho they are unlike AA s who deny who they are nd want to fit in so badly to Black Africans who do not embrace thembas fully black african.
