The first time I took acid, I did it on an empty stomach. While I was peaking my neighbor gave me a peach to eat. I spent the next 30 minutes staring at the surface of this peach. It had all these clusters of dots that were becoming these cool groups of patterns. I was so hungry but I was trying to come to terms with the fact that if I ate it I would have to destroy it and that was a lot to handle lol

I will never forget the time i combined Isd, shrooms and weed I can tell you EXACTLY when my brain restarted fresh like a computer with too much tabs open and old stuff you dont need anymore I was doing smth and all of a sudden i not only forgot what i was doing, i forgot my name, location, everything for a few seconds just standing still And i felt completely different And once it was all done i realised my social anxiety which i had for over 10 years is gone (i used to break out sweating just talking to people) And the neuroplasticity part is definitely true.

+StonairJordan I also had this very experience during one of my first trips on psychedelics, and boy was it scary at the time! I couldn't differentiate between my inner monologue and my expressed thoughts, and kept looping. I remember having this exact deja-vu feeling, that I was going in circles, and how insane I must've sounded to my friends present. By the end of it I was repeating, "Am I alive? I have to be, since I'm talking aloud", until I fell soundly asleep. It's so difficult to prepare yourself on how to handle these types of situations when you don't have firm grip on what to expect, until you've actually experienced them. In hindsight, and taking a lesson from it, it can be very fascinating going forward.

READ THIS (: your first trip will be incredible if the day has been a great one for you. you will wait for around 30 to 45 minutes and the acid will be kicking in. The peak. That’s when you are on the actual trip. Remember to be amazed from the new experiences and feelings you have. Do not be scared it’s just a 12 hour trip and after you will be on the comedown wishing you could feel that way again I promise you. I’ve done acid twice. And something out of all of these acid prep videos none of them mention how sober acid feels. You don’t feel altered at all like when the weed starts kicking in it’s like being sober. Hella euphoric and things feel like they have meaning/are alive. Your always gonna feel like your being watched. Dont be scared tho I can guarantee you if you have a decent mindset and are with a friend with a day planned you’ll be great. I wouldn’t spend too much time alone especially if your a beginner.

There are three distinct levels of tripping. Sounds like you hit the first one. Enhanced clarity and insight. Second level is acid intoxication, highly disoriented and disconnected from reality. This is the danger zone where seriously bad trips can happen. Third level is transendence. It changes your perspective permanently in a positive way. Also be aware that acid hits people differently. Some people can take massive doses without feeling much effect. Others are more sensitive to it. Likely due to variances in brain chemistry and body mass.

If you are having a bad trip. Remind yourself you are tripping and take slow deep breathes or the anxiety will feel like it will never go away. Also Music will have a strong effect on your mood. Especially if you are in a club, car or in a small room with the loud vibrations. It’s important to go with the flow don’t try to go against what you are feeling it will pass or that anxiety build up will happen.

The best time I ever had on acid was when myself and two friends took a bunch of sugar cubes and cleared out a tiny closet under the stairs. We called it “the little room” and filled it with pillows and blankets. We had a yoga ball and put a hula hoop around it so it looked like a beautiful Saturn-like planet. We shoved it into the ceiling corner of the little room so it was suspended under a light fixture (with the light shining through it and casting the room in blue). Of course we thought this was so BEAUTIFUL. We named the ‘planet’ Mala and created a religion around it. No joke. We found random crap around the house we thought was amazing and made them relics or the children of Mala. I was the Guardian of Mala and my friend was the “Gueen” (as pronouncing Queen was somehow difficult). We made her a scepter out of literal junk. We had a blast and were laughing so much. We had a chant for Mala and everything. So, yeah, that happened.

It kicks in when ur gut starts to tighten and u feel the insane high on the come up, soon you’ll see the white lines and spirals in ur peripheral Vision, soon the squares and spirals come into ur front vision and take on colours, then the lights start under ur neck spinning around and flying towards you, then the world starts to move nd sway. This is just the visuals I haven’t even gone onto the thought process but tbh its impossible to describe the thought process at the peak. Music is obviously gonna be better and every little sound such as a raindrop outside on the roof will be amplified. This is what I can remember on my trip of 250 ug. I had this happen to me every time I did LSD. The only difference was what I was thinking and forgetting about. The first time was rather brutal but once I got home and was in my room the looping kind of subsided. That could have been because I was at the end of the trip though lol. Either way, LSD is usually a mindfuck 😂.

I felt like I did a weeks worth of thinking in a day. Hour long conversations where had with fellow voyagers that only took minutes. I became nostalgic about thing that had only just happened but also knew I was going to feel that way about my current feeling in a short period of time. We all agreed that it came in waves where at their lowest we were almost sober, being able to do simple tasks and recollect thought, but then the wave would wash over and the visuals and time dilation would overwhelm. It’s such a hard feeling to explain. (A friend said he ate a jelly and became mentally challenged for a day)

My first time tripping on shrooms, I had my phone sitting on a cold circular glass table, and the music coming from it would echo as if it were a concert hall. Certain frequencies would overpower the rest of the song. (It was Happy by Pharrell Williams, and the background choir singers would echo and jump out at my ears a lot more than other voices or sounds) I also remember seeing bright vibrant and glowing outlines around objects in my vision. It was almost like a child was scribbling in crayon around any given object. I also remember looking over at my friends and seeing their skeletons very faintly, overlayed atop their clothing and real body.

Been watching your videos for a year or 2 and after trying a gram of psilocybin mushrooms I tried LSD this past weekend. My friend and I took 2 gummies each (in hindsight 1 was more than enough). I describe my experience with 2 close friends, one tripsitting, as very euphoric. Lots of laughs and I remember feeling very giggly. I've actually experienced all the mental parts you explained when I had weed a few months ago. I had had weed a lot of times before this, but this time I was using a vaporiser with a new strain and a full bowl, and I hadn't had weed for a few weeks. It fully blew me away. At one point I burst into tears and it was like everything I had experienced for the past few years was there before my eyes, explained to me fully. I think I experienced ego death. I understood everything and I was no longer depressed (and am still not - thanks to weed!). It was crazy. I felt so supremely intelligent and my mind was the clearest it had been in years. I meditate regularly and it was like all the years spent training was accumulating all at once. I was one with the universe and it was one with me. 11:52 I experienced this at the same time as the above. But for me it was my child self talking to my adult self. Interesting how we both perceive our subconscious differently. 15:53 I've had the same problem trying to explain my experience to my family and friends lol. I want to try LSD or Mushrooms next year, but I want to fully study up and research them beforehand. I am on a spiritual journey and want to see what I can learn. 😊

Did some research on Dementia and when I was on Acid I came to the conclusion (after having the thought loop extensional crisis) that, as accurate as it can be, that's exactly how a dementia patient feels. Music sounds foreign, you forgot how to remember, you try to chase what you think is a thought, sometimes it wasn't even a thought or sometimes you'll catch up to the thought, you thrown into near endless loop of blissfully ignorance, just if you have Dementia instead of this being interesting or cool it's terrifying because they're sober.

Kolb I've done it about 4 times, and found its a weird drug that can take strange turns at random times. Overall, if I had to provide a short answer, I'd say an LSD trip (for me personally) can be summarized as "Awaiting an impending external happening, while being simultaneously flooded with internal happenings." Every time I do it I feel like something is supposed to happen, or I'm waiting for something. But at the same time, EVERYTHING is happening. Low dose DMT on the other hand, at least for me, was more like waiting for something to not happen. I felt like I was projecting the visuals onto the world around me, but on LSD it felt more like the visuals were emanating from the world itself. Psychedelics are fucking weird.

That would be entirely up to you. I was diagnosed with PTSD as a child, I am not too sure if I still suffer from it but I think it comes out as anxiety these days. Though not clinically diagnosed with depression I do suffer from it. Acid is probably one of the most humbling and innocent experiences I have ever had. From experiences I've heard from everyone I've asked as well as mine, the first time you take it is the most phenomenal feeling. It's almost as if there's no time for your previous worries, negative memories, and sadness as you are exploring some of the simplest things in a childlike manner. Having people that are close to you around and experience together is also a huge piece of advice I always give. Security and comfort. But, at the end of the day the decision is yours.

aimitolla be careful. start with low dosing. I suffered from panic attacks about a year ago. one INTENSE acid trip changed my life. I had the most severe panic attacks I've ever experienced, they kept repeating over, and over, and over again. Words cannot describe how terrified I felt. This is actually a very good representation of what *Depersonalization* and *Psychosis* can feel like. -You are you, but you feel like you're watching your own actions from an external perspective. -You're in one room, but you feel like you're in another room. -You speak, but you don't feel like you're the one speaking. -You see and hear things, but most of the time, there isn't an external catalyst/source. -Your body will enter one room, but your mind will still be in the previous room; it takes a while to catch up. These are strange experiences, and personally, they scare the living daylights out of me. Even though I don't touch these drugs, I haven't been the same since my psychotic episode(s). Those thoughts and feelings were something else entirely, something -as a human- I don't think I was meant to feel. Especially the room scenario. Your mind is constantly dragging behind, it's so strange & frightening.
