Because land up there tend to be more affordable, you can get a bang for your buck if you’re building up there. It’s also very lush and the views of KGN are amazing! Favorites: #1 was the house with the "road-like" driveway @22:42; #2 would be the the house @23:00 and the gray house beside it @ 23:13. Also liked the yellow house @7:33; the orange house @11:15; the 2 white houses and the yellow one @13:57; the house @16:20, though the pool needs a fix up!
