I have heart “palpitations” from time to time and mine is mostly triggered by my anxiety and blood pressure. It’s great your check ups show you’re health is well. If your on any medications you might want to bring that up to your Dr.’s? That aside, absolutely love what you’re doing and keep it up! You are an inspiration. 😊

Hey Tom - the heart thing is scary, but it's worth noting that a perfectly regular, "gridded" heartbeat is not what anyone wants either. Do you know the late Milford Graves's stuff? Heart issues and compromised immune system are from the mandatory thing that shall not be spoken of. It's happening to people all over, just look it up if you don't believe me. It's tragic beyond words what our governments have done to us. Very sorry to hear Tom. :(
