A good idea for an expanded group of angel digimon would be the 7 heavenly virtues and would make them a good counterpart of the demon lords/sins. The most common 7 virtues are Charity vs Greed Chastity vs lust Dilgence vs Sloth Humility vs Pride Kindness vs Envy Patience vs Warth Temperance vs Gluttony

@@yusheitslv100 I think Dominimon is being set up to be the Humility pick from its profile, as there's some similarities/contrasts with Lucemon. Lucemon is a bit of an unusual one out of the seven demon lords and has a bit of a light/dark theming, and Dominimon just kinda shows up when there's an unbalance in light and darkness in the digital world in order to fight strong foes. Additionally, it doesn't value itself very highly and will risk its life. But at the same time it kinda does its own thing and doesn't follow the chain of command, which is a potential setup for if it were to fall, as prideful people also don't follow commands because they think they know better or just don't care. Elsewhere in the comment section someone suggested Belphemon as the opposite to Rasielmon because its falldown version, Raguelmon, is already in a berserker state like Belphemon: Rage Mode is. Not to mention the beastlike forms and the energy/crystal claws (Belphemon X has very similar ones). Hard to sort out matches for the other two at the moment though, because their profiles aren't as in-depth and we don't have falldown variants of SlashAngemon or ClavisAngemon, assuming those are even the equivalents and they don't just add other ones. There are other demon lords that aren't associated with the 7 deadly sins after all (MaloMyotismon, Deathmon/Ghoulmon, Murmukusmon and Bagramon if we count that one) so in theory there could be high level angel digimon that are the non-fallen versions of those too. Though if I had to pick I'd guess SlashAngemon for Temperance/opposite of Beelzemon and ClavisAngemon for Charity/opposite of Barbamon.

Cherubimon turning into Leviamon makes a lot of sense to me because there's a quest in Hacker's Memory of Seraphimon and Cherubimon fighting for Ophanimon's affections who doesn't want any part of it

I never thought about Cherubimon (Vice) becoming Leviamon but the idea that it's extreme envy that connects them makes a lot of sense. This is specific to Frontier, obviously, but the Cherubimon there specifically fell because he envied Seraphimon's relationship with Ofanimon and how Beast Digimon fared in comparison to Human Digimon. Cherubimon (Vice) (X-Antibody) also specifies it is envious, as you pointed out. While there isn't anything as certain as the other two, I think Leviamon is in fact the most logical one to be the Demon Lord form of Cherubimon. I'm definitely interested in the seven angels > seven Demon Lords video!

I guess technically we already have 7, because there's the 3 talked about in this video and then there's the other four Lv6 angels that are just listed in the Angelic Army: Rasielmon, ClavisAngemon, SlashAngemon and Dominimon. Technically LovelyAngemon is another Lv6, but is not part of the group due to descending to earth and is more based on magical girls than angels.

Hey Karn, I know that this isn't related to the video. But here's a video idea suggestion which i think is interesting. Custom digivolutions for the Monster Hunter Collab digimon of ZinoGarurumon and RathGreymon. With the evolutions reflecting variants which Zinogre and Rathalos have in the Monster Hunter Series. I mean, it would be iteresting to see a Stygian Zinogre based evolution to Zinogarurumon which is more draconic in nature and a Zerureusu based Wargreymon that uses the power of light instead of fire. Also if your curious, Zerureusu is a variant of Rathalos which is the only monster to use the Light Element(A combination of Fire and lighting) in the entire series. And he originates from Monster Hunter Frontier, which is a japanese exclusive game that has tons of monsters that can be added to the main line games after Espinas got added to Rise via the Sunbreak expansion.

If Cherubimon Vice would potentially become Leviamon due to the Envy connection from its X-Antibody form, I think Rasielmon might be the one to become Belphemon largely due to how Raguelmon, or more specifically Meicrackmon: Vicious Mode, is often depicted as being in a constantly enraged state (due to Adventure tri, but also shown a little in Ghost Game).

I know Cherubimon's Rookie/Child stage is pretty definitively Lopmon, but I think Impmon or Keramon would work really well as a Cherubimon Vice Rookie stage: All 3 have those jester hat shaped ears/head tendrils, and Keramon and Cherbimon both have the jester neck-frill thing... though there's not many good in-between options. I've been partial to Impmon > Jokermon > Matadormon > Piemon to keep Impmon's clown/jester theming but that doesn't work for Cherubimon in particular (and when Jokermon finally got a stage, it wasn't an Adult/Champion). And I got nothing for Keramon. I was hoping that Elizamon's evolution would give us more Jester/Clown esque Digimon, but seems that's not gonna be the case. If we look at Appmon, there's a few options, such as Vegasmon, Fakemon, Trickmon, but I don't think those quite work here. Fakemon, however, is a REALLY good option: Impmon > Jokermon (if we pretend it's an Adult stage) > Fakemon > Cherubimon Vice I think would work decently well!

Just want to add some extra complications to this all, but Murmukusmon is specifically used as a dark evolution of MagnaAngemon as well. Priest Mode existing in the Reference Book now, MagnaAngemon being used as a Holy using Darkness in Adventure: 2020, with NeoDevimon being the Dark Evolution of Angemon, there’s almost a Holy, Balanced, and Dark trio for MagnaAngemon the way the Three Great Angels have one. 🤔

2:00 It's actually Throne Angel (zatenshi), so Rasielmon is an ophan just like Ophanimon It's interesting that Cherubimon wields the Spirits related to the five elements of Wu Xing, but changing Fire with Darkness... As for Demon's Perfect form, to me it'd probably be either SkullSatamon or NeoDevimon. But I'm torn with these because I actually prefer them for Barbamon and DoneDevimon respectively. I know evo lines branch out and all that but I actually feel like could use a new Perfect-level demon Digimon.

I don't think they would expand the 3 Great Angels group. Maybe they will make another group for like the 9 Highest Angels or something but with the 3 Great at the top. The Catholic hierarchy of angels has 3 groups of 3 (get it? A trinity of trinities), and the highest 3 orders are Ophanim, Cherubim, and Seraphim in ascending order. So yeah, they are our 3 Great Angels. The remaining orders, descending, are dominions, virtues, powers, principalities, archangels, and angels. Dominimon's name and ArkhaiAngemon's type of principality would have come from the hierarchy too.

They've used all nine of them as a type at least once. ClavisAngemon and SlashAngemon are the virtue and power, and both Angewomon and MagnaAngemon's type is archangel. (Also, Rasielmon's type is ophanim, like Ophanimon.) (Lucemon and Mastemon are both just "angel", I assume because they're outside the hierarchy, because they're obviously not low in it.)

Seraphimon may not have an X antibody, but he definitely has an extended fall down arc, sure creepymon is the demon lord fall, but shadowseraphimon and dandevimon show up as well. personally, I believe Dandevimon is the interrupted transformation into creepymon, from a shadowseraphimon

So this idea is pretty interesting though one small qualifier, I don't think when it says "They will become Demon Lords" it specifically meant they'd be in the ranks of the Seven Great Demon Lords (though it's entirely possible), but what if it means that someone like Cherubimon becomes something akin to MaloMyotismon who is classified AS a Demon Lord? Some new Digivolution or form change that brings Cherubimon Vice to the darkness in a different way? A quick search just through the Digimon TCG and the Digimon who ARE classified as Demon Lords include: Murmukusmon, MaloMyotismon, Ghoulmon, and Bagramon as well as the 7 Great Demon Lords themselves, and I've no doubt there are MORE that aren't in there yet. So it's a case of "All 7 Great Demon Lords are Demon Lords, but not all Demon Lords are 7.G.D.L." Kind of makes me want to see a giant Hell Rabbit as Cherubimon's further fall/evolution.
