What are common skin conditions in cats, and what are the treatments?

My Russian blue has been over grooming a specific area for a year..we have ruled out fleas and stress and diet …only grooms his thigh ..we’ve put a coat on but really need some more advice. Been to vets many times

My Cat had MILITIA DERMATITIS cost me nearly £300 for 2 lots of his medication after near 4 months he is so far clear still a little scratchy though!
