10 Years ago I had vertigo symptoms when walking in the woods one day. I told my Doctor and she just referred me to a Neurologist. You wouldn't believe what he told me, well, I guess you would believe it. He asked me to stand on one leg, which I did for 30 seconds and he said oh there's nothing wrong with you. I said well, it happened 3 months ago. He said oh, I have patients that that can hardly get to the bathroom and back, you're ok. It was about 10 minutes. totally useless. Increasing my salt and B vitamins helped a lot. Now I know, thanks to you, I have low minerals with low BP which my Family doctor thought was great. 109/55.

I stopped the molasses and it went away. I never ever have/had calf pains/cramps in my life. Funny, you think you do good, but your body will decide!
