10 Years ago I had vertigo symptoms when walking in the woods one day. I told my Doctor and she just referred me to a Neurologist. You wouldn't believe what he told me, well, I guess you would believe it. He asked me to stand on one leg, which I did for 30 seconds and he said oh there's nothing wrong with you. I said well, it happened 3 months ago. He said oh, I have patients that that can hardly get to the bathroom and back, you're ok. It was about 10 minutes. totally useless. Increasing my salt and B vitamins helped a lot. Now I know, thanks to you, I have low minerals with low BP which my Family doctor thought was great. 109/55.

Stress can go up, and being too far in the sympathetic state can constrict the vascular system and raise blood pressure in that moment. But when mineral levels are chronically low in a person, which is very common, unless something else like high sugars or filth is thickening up the blood, blood pressure will be low.
