In Brazilian portuguese we say "I am speaking greek to you" when a person doesn't understand what I'm saying.

It's Greek to me. Yeah. We get that a lot. In Greek it's Chinese that has this role of Indecipherablese.

Hello Dimitris.. 3 months ago i came to thessaloniki, edessa and athens with my mother.. the 2 friends of mine helped me and showed us around ..greece is a great country as natüre, culture and way of behaviours.. i drank greek beer and wine also ate souvlaki and gyros:)...

Haha yeah, 2400 years is a long time indeed - a long enough time for entire cities to vanish and be completely forgotten about. According to the writings of foreign sightseers who visited Greece during Ottoman times, the locals who lived in the area didn't even recognize the name "Sparta", nor could they take the visitors to where the ancient city stood, which had in the meantime been replaced by the Byzantine citadel of Mystras as the main settlement in the area.

There's nothing "easy" about these videos. It's a greek to greek speaking people or people who are studying greek for at least 2 or 3 years. I suggest you Linguatree, where you can really start understanding greek.
