Lol, I am a 23 year old watching this rn on a sitz bath lol. I just got an external hemorrhoid for the first time. I would talk to your parents about it, I learned when I was around that age that being open with my dad about health issues was a good thing. You can always get them to schedule a doctor's appointment for you. There is nothing to be embarrassed about lol.

@@guswoody6389 easier said than done- but I'm planning to, thank you 😭 Just my mom is literally busy 24/7 and I have no way to get to the doctor without her, plus just telling her is hard, she doesn't get that it genuinely doesn't allow u to do certain actions :D

Have to say, you just told me infinitely more than my proctologist who upon the consult post-colonoscopy said, “you have hemorrhoids. Eat more fiber.” I was like, “really??? I’m vegan. That is literally ALL I eat. Anything else?” “Nope just eat more fiber.” I wish she’d said, “do you sit all day at work, deadlift too much at gym, or read too many books on the toilet?” That would’ve solved sooo much! So thank you!

My hemorrhoids itch super bad all the time. Since using a tushy bidet, that has gone completely away.

Well, watching them melt away within 48 hours felt so good, and yes, I used what I mentioned the other day. It actually took a bit more to make them totally disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and followed her simple advice.
