Never been to China. Planning on a trip to China in a few months. I lived in Texas, and as a Californian, I will be blunt and say that Texas sucks. The fact that the guy was from Houston, Texas, it is typical of Texans to think no end of themselves. Having said that, I will say that China is at least 30 to 40 years ahead technologically and infrastructure wise from the west. The Texan is close minded. He needs to relax a little bit.

Why government make it so difficult for people to go to the toilet? Can they built a restroom inside the restaurant? Also, why don't they provide toilet paper? You will probably pee your pants when you figure out how to pay for toilet paper.

Rent is expensive, so no space for toilet. Also depends on construction

是否有免费厕纸应该要看你是在哪个城市, 也要看是什么时候的经历. 比如深圳 , 早几年的时候, 的确厕所是没有厕纸的, 原因也如视频中所说, 一些老人会去偷. 但现在我印象我去过的所有的公共厕所都已经有提供, 我住的社区的公园里面的厕所就是这种情况. 成都也一样, 没碰到过没有厕纸的情况.
