When I do Test Deliverability I have information- 16 test messages have been sent to this email address. I open receved mail I I only don't have this user email adress. Object was imported from Sandbox Where is the problem??

I see this was recorded just a few weeks ago, but when I checked in salesforce classic just now, the type of users you can choose from includes Roles, Internal and Portal Subordinates, something that was not showing in this video. First pronounce "each one", then change "ea" to "you", put them together it comes to the closest pronunciation for my name :). I think I do understand the basics in this area, I was just pointing out one extra option you can choose from when adding members to a public group which was not mentioned in this video. Could be that things are changing all the time that this one option was just made available recently. I got my certification today, helped by some of the youtube videos including yours. Nice question! So let us see the difference between Account team & public groups. Public Groups: Public Group consists of a set of users that may or may not be assigned to different profiles but grouped together to share the same data access. Account Team: An account team is a team of users who work together on an account. Imagine your company is selling tires to Volkswagen then in that situation Volkswagen is your account and you are assigned as an Account Executive for Volkswagen whereas your colleague whose name is Mark is the Support Manager for that account. In the above situation, you'll add yourself to the account team with the role account executive and mark with the role Support Manager. Hope it helps.

Way different. Public Group is used to create a group of people on whom we can apply data security. Whereas Chatter group is like a WhatsApp group.

Hello Ashok. You are absolutely right, even I feel the same. I am already applying audio filters and doing many other things to make the audio better but they are not able to give a satisfactory output hence from now onwards I am going to use a lapel mic for HIgh-Quality audio. Go to settings..speed>>select 0.75 or else download video and listen in decreased speed. Videos with smaller duration are better than longer videos with slow speed of explanation. (Personal Openion)
