I knew this cat would have some great selections. I always liked his style, his voice and the songs he did in Ratt........even though they were a success, i feel they don't get the credit for how good a band they really were....when you see them or him in concert it's like a greatest hits show. Love him on Waste Some Time With Jason Green also.

Good choices. Because 2 picks are Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath I would have picked Deep Purple's Machine Head. British Steel is my Judas Priest choice.

Way back then in the 80ies european youth would run wild because of Duran Duran, A-Ha, Culture Club etc. I had been to US rock from the start, and RATT would be so cool. Such damn good players who would deliver damn cool and beautiful songs. I can refer to Stephen's list. Some of those albums belong to the best Rock Music ever written. His words are credible. Back then a lot of people might call Ratt "Posers". But they were no Posers. They wrote great Rock songs. Their first three albums do belong to the music of my youth. Still I am sure that Stephen Pearcy would shoot me for my 6 all-time favorite albums: Rush - Moving Pictures Marillion - Script for a Jester's Tear Tangerine Dream - Hyperborea Vienna Teng - Warm Strangers Queen - Live Killers Judas Priest - Stained Class Of course "Invasion of your Privacy" would save a certain number of Parties back then in Germany. Great melodies, great Guitars and a real cool vocalist. That's RATT. Hey.Stephen, I hope you're doing well and write new music. Greetings from Germany.

Nice inclusion of Marillion. Such an impressive band, even now. Misplaced Childhood is on my list, but FEAR, Marbles and Brave are complete masterpieces as well.

Solid Top 5! Ratt was a great band but totally dysfunctional especially after Robbin Crosby was gone. RIP Robbin.

Age is so weird, people can have mainly the same personality as in their 30s but naturally look like a lizard once you're at this stage. I think he's on speed or something as well though. Loved Ratt, great band.

He also just recently went thru a three year battle with liver cancer…

@@jameskrieger2855 I didn't realise that, glad to hear he's got through that and is healthy again.

He's gonna be 68 in 7/24..but it's true the years of touring, partying, drinking and hard drugs maybe speed make them age. I saw him today at the airport and he looks maybe 78, dyes his hair but his skin looks old. He was with a younger hot girlfriend. He's flying to SoCal from NorCal to take a month break and rest. He said they're coming out with a box set in November with a very cool song never played saved from the 80's.
