What are Sightlines?

I discovered an awesome fact about Magic Kingdom while taking a tour. As you walk down Main Street, you see names on the windows. As most Disney fans know, these are people who had a hand in creating the park or aspects that are found in the park. Walt Disney also has a window with his name on it, but you have to walk all the way to the hub and turn around to see it, as it’s on a window of The Plaza Restaurant that faces the castle. The tour guide told us that if you think of the Main Street windows as opening credits, then whose name usually shows up at the end of them? The director’s! Sure, Magic Kingdom was made and opened after Walt’s death, but I still like the idea that he was still a driving force for the park, at least in spirit, and the Main Street credits reflect that.
