Thanks so much for the rundown. I've noticed, in many disciplines, I've considered myself a pluralist. It's impossible for me to believe that, in most cases, any one theory about human behavior can be correct.

Sociologist need to figure out a better way to introduce new students to Sociology. This method of generalization and vague terminology is enough to make me want to learn enough to pass and be done with this topic forever. I am a 4.0 GPA in the top 10% of my class. I really am discouraged by the intro to the Introduction of Sociology! So many vague and general terms to explain vague and general key terms.
