What Are the 2 ways of Offering Prostration of forgetfulness When you Commit a Mistake in Salah?

Sujood as Sahw before salam. 1. In case of doubt and you have no inclination whether you did or not. Example: if I prayed 3 or 4 rakats. 2. Omitting obligatory action. Example: forget sitting for second tashahhud and directly standing up for third rakat. Sujood as Sahw after tasleem. 1. Adding something to the prayer which is not part of it. Example: adding an extra tashahhud or a rakaat. 2. In case of a doubt but you are inclined towards one of them. Example: I missed a rakat although it is doubtful but I am more inclined towards NOT offering.

Simple words. In case of addition, do it after tasleem. In case of omission, do it before tasleem. In case of a doubt whether you added or deleted, do it before tasleem. In case of a doubt with inclination towards doing or not doing, do it after tasleem.

I hav forgot and did 3 sujood instead of 2 in my 2nd rakah of fajr farz prayer. Shud i need to do 2 sujood-e-sahu after salaam? My concern is as confused whtr to do sujood after salaam or before salaam? And cn we do sujood-e-sahu after fajr prayer or asr prayer?

Since you added something that isn't a part of the prayer (3 aikido instead of 2), do the prostration of forgetfulness after salaam.
