@@edanpino-xt1ph i actually didnt even think of that, i was thinking fixed blade and completely disregarded the fact these are folders haha still, if its that beefy, im going to assume the action pins are propotionate for its size, it would be a sad knife if it had the same size action pin as lets say crkt's M21-04G folder, a damn good edc, but for a 1lb folder those pins would very much be undersize,

Actually, some of these have double pin locks. Those will take an abnormal amount of force to snap. Even the ones that don't will take more force than most would be able to apply without tools. A fixed blade of identical blade stock thickness will obviously be more durable, but there are many fixed blades with thinner tangs that will snap before some of these folders fail anywhere. It's circumstantial. These folders are totally overkill though. If you're applying enough force to break any part of a folder (or fixed blade) you're simply using the wrong tool.
