I always get a sore shoulder for a day or two after vaccinations. This time, however, my shoulder is STILL sore three weeks later after having flu and COVID vaccinations. It is affecting my life. Thanks to this video, I will make an appointment with my doctor about it.

Hi @valerielhw, thank you for sharing your experience. You made a great decision by making an appointment with your doctor. Hopefully, your symptoms resolve soon. If you're ever interested to learn more about your legal options in the VICP, you're always welcome to call us at (312) 578-9501. We may be able to assist if your symptoms persist (hopefully, they don't), and if your injured arm received the flu vaccination. Unfortunately, the COVID shots are not covered by the VICP at this time. Thanks again for commenting, and we hope you feel better soon!

@@shannonlawgroup Thanks for your time. I may contact you if things keep going the way they are going. I just have one question. I got both COVID and flu shots at the same time. I THINK that it was the flu shot that was administered wrongly (it hurt more than it should have), but I am not sure. Would the fact that I had both shots at once disqualify me from compensation?
@shannonlawgroup11 ай бұрын
@@valerielhw It depends, especially if both shots were administered in the same shoulder. Our team wouldn't be able to determine if we can help until reviewing the complete facts of your potential case. Our consultations are always free, so there's no risk to finding out if we can help.

I was fine the day of the shots...and woke up 2 days later and could not push the covers off myself...brush my hair...put on deodorant reach for anything...its been horrible ...unfortunately...I had one flu shot in one arm and the pneumonia shot in the other arm...and the same person administered this ....it is sooo painful...I just want my life back...after this...it triggered some other symptoms...so I think there is more to this then we know! Thank you for the video

It has been 2 years since my Vaccine in my right arm 2 shots 28 days apart. I have severe pain still in my right arm vaccine area and wake up in pain almost everynight. I toss and turn to get a good position to sleep. It's not my shoulder that is effected, it where the vaccine was administered area but effects my entire right arm. I cant do push ups anymore, i cant reach behind like you said to get my seatbelt without pain, I can't bend down and use my arm to get me back up without severe pain. I can't reach without pain. I can't lift things properly etc etc. It gets worse on rainy days. Its been 2 years and I have had no idea what to do.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. First, we're so sorry to hear about your shoulder injury. Please seek treatment if you haven't already. We're attorneys, not doctors, so we can't provide medical advice. If you received a covered vaccine (like the flu shot), you may be eligible for compensation from the VICP. However, if you received the COVID vaccines, you can pursue compensation through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program.
