It causes peripheral edema, I had it and I carried an extra 3kg of fluid (when I stopped I lost 3kg in a matter of days!). I got switched to Buvidal, once a week injection. I was find until injection number 4 and my arm had a huge reaction and the site at shot number 3 reacted too but not as bad, I had to stop after that as the Dr was scared I would have an anaphylactic reaction if I had another one.

It only takes about 2? Months if your taking 8 mg/2 naloxone to taper to 2 mg by either dividing the tablet or the strip to a fourth. When you get to the 2 mg a day , it takes a full month to decrease 1.5-1.0-0.5. The receptor hangs on to the last 2 mg . It’s easy to go from 8-7-6-5 mg. The reason is that the mu receptor purges the amount over 2? Mg without as much withdrawal- the receptor( kappa) receptor has a high affinity to BUP and withdrawal symptoms really demonstrate themselves for any amount less than 2 mg . So taper very slowly once you reach 2 mg. May take 2 months to decrease buy whenever you do expect some withdrawal symptoms. If you have even one day when you take more that will automatically be your new set point. Any amount next time will have to match this amount or withdrawal symptoms will be great. If taper slowly and eat and take in fluids any one Can do it. SUB affects noradrenaline and you need this to feel good in life. SUB suppresses this . Anything that can topple opiate withdrawal has to be another opiate which this is or something even stronger. Now to get off this is a challenge but it can be done if your patient and driven . It’s worth it. Don’t let a decade pass because when your finally off of it you’ll realize so much of your life was wasted and never had the chance to be fully realized. Opiate addicts are the brightest, most empathetic deserving people in the world. They feel physical pain in equal amounts of emotional pain . If you make sound choices not to work in toxic jobs , eat well , rest, and take care of you then you’ll live in a world where you can handle daily stress with a shrug. Covering up the pain is possible without using opiates. Whomever reads this my wish for you is to stand up and be the person you were meant to be and don’t let the disease of addiction rob your life, we live in an era where there is help. Only crime is not seeking it out.

Same. It’s made me afraid to go to sleep. I usually stay up late anyways, but the morning after, I’m sleeping in till 5,6,7pm. It’s f*cked. The reason I’m using suboxone is to kick kratom. I’m using very small doses, cutting a strip in half once a day. Kratom was making my heart hurt, which is why I switched; this sh*t is making it hurt 3x worse, on top of confusion, and a lack of that brightness/hope I had for the future. Went back to kratom two nights ago. Never using this demon big pharma substance again.

@@rickp3753 I'm looking into suboxone as i was prescribed it for kratom withdrawals. (As it turned out i didn't have any serious withrdrawals from Kratom after 4 days but they still thought i should take suboxone). I have PTSD and just wondering about the long term side effects of being on Suboxone (my dosage was 2mg per day, for 1 week then tapered down by .5mg every 7 days. Withdrawals are very uncomfortable, much worse than the kratom withdrawals in my opinion and i'm still on day 4 of taking .5mg with 3 days left. Kratom really helped me with PTSD and helped with a lot of my anxieties but after 4 years it wasn't doing even close to what it was able to do in the first year. Starting to take suboxone reminded me of when i first started taking kratom, my anxieties lessened and i was able to think much more clearly and contrary to some other posts here, it gave me energy and freedom rather than feeling sleepy. Sorry about this long message, my question to you Rick is what is your feeling on long term usage, what was your tolerance levels? did you have to adjust dosage? or was there a stable dosage that worked for you without having to increase it.

@@LoremIpsum497 I started on 8mg and stayed there for 16 years. It didn't take long at all for me to feel good again and my mood lifted, and because I wasn't abusing anything else, I was stable for the entire time I took subs. I would've stayed on then for life but I really didn't need them after 16 years. I will say that the half life of Buprenorphine is long. It takes awhile to leave your system.

I had super bad feverish feeling moments honestly I couldn’t be around heat on methadone but sublocade is way better just don’t read the side affects and only do the 300 300 100 100 and there ain’t no detox cause has stays in your body for up to a year so it slowly comes out. So 300 is equivalent to 10mg of pill form and you have to load up on two 300 then they move u to 100 which almost makes you feel like your on nothing at all. This my second shot today but I did sublocade two years ago five shots and fucked up again

Sub uck sun doesn’t do anything for pain and causes depression and anxiety it definitely doesn’t work for 24-36 hours unless your someone with a really slow metabolism and you sit around half asleep for that 24-36 hour window. It’s gonna mess up all your hormones and other brain chemistry. Vision will also be messed up as long as you use it. It’s great for getting off other things but I regret long term use cuz there’s nothing more fun than mild withdrawals that last for a week or more and PAWsfor half a year or more. 😂😂😂. @89tonstar
@89tonstar Ай бұрын
Your way overthinking it bro, subs always cause urinary retention, especially for people who already struggle with self esteem issues. You are most likely fine, go see a doctor if you need to. I know this cause I struggled with the same thing. So here is what helped me, your para sympathetic nervous system governs your ability to urinate, get an erection, poop etc. It is inactivated during fight or flight, which is caused by the near insane levels of obsession your mind will take you. It makes perfect sense, your body naturally inhibits your para sympathetic nervous system to keep you alive during a fight or flight situation. The second thing that helped me was acceptance in alot of areas of my life, I felt like the whole world was watching me trying to urinate and I couldnt. So I just had to accept the situation for what it is, stop fighting your own thoughts. Accept them that they exist and move on with your day, even if you have to do that a dozen times a minute. You will pee when your body needs to pee and the issue will dissipate. You may consider breaking up your dose into smaller sections. I noticed that when I felt a head change I struggled more especially if I thought about it too much.
