Ramk, if you haven't seen this video, check it out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/poOoh3SKotiJfposi=ur2CYfjFaNfZ09P3 I need to do an update, but these communities are still top-tier communities.

Hello. Any info on The Enclave in Youngsville? Thank you.

The Enclave at Hidden Lake 55+ community, which Eastwood Homes built, is open. (Here is a video link to the estates section of Hidden Lake next door. Although not specifically The Enclave section by Eastwood Homes, this video will give you an idea of what the area is like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4i2noCsaZdspa8si=ckWdbzSgMhYddpmD). I can get you a brand-new construction home in The Enclave at Hidden Lake in the $500K range! There's even one for sale right now for $399K. If you call me I can get you some additional incentives you can't get on your own, so if interested give me a call, I'd love to help you (I live within 15 min of both communities). Feel free to give me a call with any specific questions. Mike 919-218-7525

@@MichaelSanders Thanks for your reply. Low $500K (or lower!) price range works for me. Peaked my interest with the additional incentives. I'm also wondering about storage space in these homes...do they have bonus rooms? attics? If yes about attics, how does one get there? Different question: Does this community allow residents to garden (flowers, veggies) in their own yards? Thanks again for your help.

@@mariarafferty-h2l Maria, most of these homes have a large, open loft area upstairs instead of a true, dedicated bonus room. There's also a lot of storage via a walk-in unfinished storage area upstairs (this is also considered an attic, but you walk straight in through a doorway, no climbing) Yes, homeowners can have a garden as long as its within covenant guidelines (email me if you'd like a copy of the covenants and information on additional incentives through my team, mike@soldinraleigh.com) Thanks!
