What are the white bumps in my baby's mouth?

Do you know what Epstein Pearls are?
These are small, white, cyst-like formations that can appear on the gums or the roof of the mouth in newborns. I have made a short video about it so you can get informed. They are not common but in case you come across them, you will know that they are usually harmless and tend to resolve on their own without any intervention.

My baby 3 months now her gum line too many cysts and she bres fiddling baby feeding time to many crying Can i use bonjela gel for thi problem.

Thanks for asking this important question. Bongela contains Salicylates as the active ingredient which could be harmful to babies and children under 16 yrs of age. So it is recommended to avoid using this product in babies. For her teething pain you can consider using a cooled teething ring or toy and some acetaminophen (Tylenol) if severe.
