Hi sir . I have a doubt my sis married under special marriage act but her husband had multiple affairs and they harassed my sister for dowry as well . They trap my sis in multiple loans and vacated home wit all goods jewels when my sister delivered a baby and staying with mother . Later on due to covid lock down our police compliant was in hold. Later v filed dowry harassment case in court . But our lawyer didn’t serve summon to them and drafted case document improper. We were just wasted 2yrs and v changed the new lawyer . Is there any way to amend document wit proper details

laws should be strict for crimes against women, BUT investigation and court procedure should be fair. innocent until proven guilty, the court should grant bail to the husband untill the court hearing is completed. we should be serious about domestic violence cases...innocent shouldn't suffer

Prenup agreements do not have any force in India as no two parties can get into a contract to give/take away any rights granted to them by a law. More particularly, nobody can take or sign away the right to initiate a suit in a court of law for obtaining remedy against a wrongdoing. I hope this answers your question. Also don’t forget never marry women working in sales and marketing companies in general along with lady lawyers, lady police. Newer ,marry without dowry coz if there is any issue the lady will blame you saying that just because I couldn’t give dowry that’s why you are not treating me well. Not taking dowry is the biggest sin we can do. My ex cleaned me financially by claiming that I asked for dowry, I took all her jewellery etc. I married a lady from a poor family - a family which didn’t have anything and didn’t even have the means to get their daughter married. I remember I got an award in my school in class 12th for writing an essay against dowry and my teacher read my essay in our class as well as in class 11. Thanks to our useless judiciary , she said that I stole 1 kg gold of hers and the best part was that her full time temple going father supported her in court saying I stole 1 kg gold of theirs. I gave in writing in court to do a lie detector test or brain mapping test on me and the useless judge told me that such things are not allowed. Everything is stacked in favour of the woman - the more corrupt she is the more money she can extort. India has the most useless blood sucking court system where the judges consider it a 9 to 5 job and they do as they please. If the judge had done his job I wouldn’t have lost access to my kid and lost everything financially. But I wasn’t important enough for the judge to waste his time in doing his job. Mo*her F*cker judges Today I am married again but with a woman from another country. Can’t ever trust another woman in India

@@Apocalypse9696 As I said, I married a. Foreigner. So no chance of 498a or your parents being threatened of arrest under 498a. And foreigners are more understanding as they don’t come with a preconceived notion that mother in laws are evil or husband should not take care of his parents or that they are interested in your Indian property plus they can’t play the victim card by using dowry as a pretext to frame false cases. And the biggest revenge on ur ex is to show everyone that you are happy in life after getting rid of the scumbag. Life is a struggle - it’s up to us to get back in our feet. I agree that my parents would have been happier with an Indian bahu but they also understand why I have married a foreigner. Sometimes we need to live for our happiness as well. Most of the lawyers are corrupt as well - matrimonial cases are the best way for lawyers to milk money. Everyone is after money and you will get ruined fighting off cases. So you have to take a call - should I continue this endless fight or should I compromise with my ideals and settle for a deal which favours the scumbag ex. The cases will never end - it will suck you into a never ending hell of running after court, lawyers and police - the three most corrupt and decadent jobs in India The only thing I did right was that I never let my parents run after court or police or lawyer. I did everything- at least they didn’t suffer. Sacrificed around 5 years of my life in this mess and finally understood the truth. Sometimes I feel that the biggest mistake of my life was the idealism taught by my parents. They made me believe that the world was perfect and that truth always wins. I now know that the biggest lie - truth never wins or MAYBE it wins after you die probably. In your lifetime it will be a miracle if truth ever wins in your case. So it’s better to get f*cked by the system so that at least you can live the balance of your life with dignity. Money you can make again but the years you lose you will never get back. Also as they say - when you wrestle a pig you are the one who will get dirty. It doesn’t matter to the pig. Lol

You say that your new wife is understanding but the thing is that when you are pissed at someone and want to hurt that person all that understanding goes out the window and the only thing left is how to make the other person suffer.
