Thanks so much for taking a look and making this video. Your real-time discovery of the chair / robot combo is exactly why I don't explain things or include instructions. Letting customers find these things for themselves is what the line (and Glyos in general) is all about. We are in an era where surprise has long since left the hobby of collectibles, and I'm trying to counter that. One thing I would suggest is to heat every part before swapping and building. The second neck piece allows for the Sea of Dagger heads to be more backwards compatible with the previous KOTS figures.

Appreciate you stopping by. Thank you for mentioning the heat thing. I have heated heads before, but don't think about heating other parts. So the extra neck piece is for other KOTS figures? So these heads fit on them? When you get down to it, these really are fun figures. Thanks for making them. I am there if you make any more figures with this level of articulation.

Man... you need to investigate more... KOTS is a very beloved brand with a long career in presenting 1/18th scaled figures based off the Glyos Articulation System, which is a marvel on itself. Take the time to look further into these. I guarantee you'll love them. Many of the accessories you showed belong to earlier edited figures, now impossible to get, so they are like gold to those who have been following the line.

I don’t mean to misrepresent this. I did do some research and all I came across was 5POA types of figures. Those I am not a fan of. I only got these figures because they had more articulation. These are neat. I tried looking into the Glyos system, but it got a bit confusing.

I'm also not a big fan of scarce articulation, but when it comes to Glyos, they are a league of their own... even the Four Horsemen at one point implemented the system into their smaller figures. Hope this video serves as a starting point for you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6u3aGSvmZmnpas

Reminds me of Pirates of Darkwater aesthetically.

Dig into Knights of the Slice (and glyos in general)

I have a little bit, but I got confused really fast. Lol. I am pretty picky with articulation and it looked like a lot that I found were 5POA.

6:50 I wonder if the second neck is an easier fit for the secondary heads. You mentioned they might be a tight fit, so it could be less of a spare and more of a "For that head".

That is a possibility. I will have to check that out.

@MacDowin Thanks!

If you are asking in regard to doing KZbin or something, I wouldn’t recommend it. I just use that because that is what I have right now.

@@MacDowin What do you suggest?
@MacDowinАй бұрын
So clarification. I use an Canon M50 for my KZbin action figure based videos and an iPhone 15 for general Amazon product reviews. I use the M50 right now because it has interchangeable lenses and I use two different lens for video and photos. A feature I don't like about the M50 is that it will stop recording at about 28 minutes. I have been looking at the Sony ZV-1 for a while now. It does not have the option to change the lens. If I were to buy a new camera for just KZbin video, that would probably be it. Low light is really bad with the Canon M50, that is why I have such bright lights for my KZbin videos. The Sony ZV-1 is suppose to be better with low light situations. On board mics for cameras are usually not the best, but useable if you are starting out. If you want to step up your audio game then you will need an external mic. I use a Movo VXR10. You want to make sure that any camera you get as an external mic port so you have that option.

I really like these, but they're a little $alty for 1/18 figures
