Does goat milk bing you up like fresh cows milk does?

Our goat's milk is sweet and mild. To me it tastes very similar to cow's milk! We don't pasteurize so all the healthy gut bacteria is still in it!

I use straight goats milk for ice cream. You can't tell the difference from the heavy cream cows milk version. No cream separator required. That said, I bought a separator for making parmesan style cheeses and butter.

The chocolate ice cream would be my choice. Does it taste any different than from cows milk.

I make my goat milk ice cream with straight goat's milk. The milk fat is higher than cows milk. Turns out great. I don't taste a difference at all.

I don't taste a difference! Goat's milk is naturally sweet so I really only added a couple of tablespoons of honey and it turned out great!
