I have been watching the shaytards for about 5 years now. I graduate high school in a week. It is super interesting watching back at the videos from 5 years ago and seeing how much i have changed from when i first viewed the video. He explained it that his job as a parent was to guide his kids the best they can, so that they'll have the tools to make their own decisions. rocktard is amazing! He wanted brotards eyes to be brown so he could play with an older brotard. Which means he was using his own reasoned assumption (without knowledge of genetics) he had made earlier, about how you have blue eyes when you are young and brown eyes when you are older, to give a meaningful and logical answer rather than a preference in colours!! Which is really impressive for his age. It's great to see how much each of the shaytard members have grown up and become their own unique individual and yet when all together, look to work in harmony with each other. That is why I've watched for so long and will continue to keep watching!

So Spotlight is like Employee of the month. I came from a family of 4 and I must say that my family didn't adhere too well with our "Star" system or whatever my mom came up with. Preferably because I was the one always "winning," which created favoritism that my siblings were aware of. It also created a lot of animosity, mostly from my sister towards me and just small tidbits from my brothers that grew with adulthood. With these systems, though I do not have children yet, may make the other kids feel unappreciated pending on whom is "Spotlight" the most throughout the year. It does depend.
