Pile 3 Today my dad was talking to me about getting tested bipolar disorder. I can see now that what seems as bipolar is actually me fighting for sovereignty over my actions and fighting against the darkness that has followed me from past lives. Just chiming in to say that it’s okay to be treated for mental health imbalances as well as strongly continue on your spiritual path! :) psychosis and mania CAN connect you to spiritual things and concepts your brain normally can’t connect to, but spirituality is ‘choice’, which is why bipolar is considered a mental illness bc we cannot choose to be tapped in or not as well as cannot interpret our experiences the same as we would while not in the midst of an episode. With spiritual practices we can tap into those same things with protection and a deeper perceptive experience than if we were thrust into it thru psychosis. I’m on depakote and still as spiritual and connected as I’ve ever been, minus the ‘whirlwind’ that happens when too much info is coming at your brain and bc ur in an episode it’s overwhelming and energizing in a ‘bad’ way, which leads to real and painful consequences other than spiritual awakening. Just for those who suspect bipolar but fear they’ll lose something by treating it. To each their own. Just don’t want anyone ending up in the hospital bc they didn’t take precaution beforehand due to spiritual possibilities or beliefs (know from experience)

Unbelievably impactful! I chose #1. I have gone from church to church learning things at each but choosing to leave usually do to sermons that are the complete opposite of light and love and have used my voice to speak up about these things. I have started my journey of finding my gifts in healing about 6 years ago by attending a meditation class which lead me to Reiki. I am reiki certified 1 and have a goal to obtain master level. I want to learn as many healing modalities as I can. My sister passed away 20 years ago and I soon after became aware how connected I was to her after she left the earth. Pile 2: I couldn't help but laugh, too. No matter how intricately and thoughtfully I might frame an idea in my mind, sometimes the words just don't come out right or land at all! I've learned to enjoy this though, it's not only amusing at times but it can provoke entirely unexpected responses and steer things in a direction I couldn't have anticipated. Sometimes I end up providing just the words they needed to hear, even though I might have intended to communicate an entirely different perspective. I really connected with what you were saying about how I can tap into other peoples energies, and really at times it's like I'm experiencing their feelings / thoughts directly which dovetails into what you said about spontaneously knowing things. It was confusing at first and difficult to separate what was coming from within and what was coming from without, but It's through that ability I've discovered that I can actually augment their energy with mine and it always seems to elevate my own energy, too! It's become very easy to do with the people I'm closest to. I've dipped my toe into out of body experiences, and it's an area I really want to explore more eventually. A few of the places I've been taken are so high vibration that it's really hard to maintain my presence there for long at all. The most profound experience happened when I set an intention for it and ended up pulled by 2 beings, who appeared featureless to me as just dark silhouettes emerging from the background (clearly not human though they said I wasn't ready to see them), into an ocean of darkness. No stars at all, but it felt incredibly kinetic like every atom of my being was vibrating with brilliant intensity and there was such an encompassing warmth. And then I blasted off, flying joyously through this void like a bat out of hell and when I did so I also began to create a bright, colorful landscape instantly from my imagination. This was a dimension of pure, effortless creation... almost like painting with your mind! I wish I could have stayed longer as this whole thing lasted about 30 seconds, at least from my frame of understanding, before I woke into my body!
