- My Weakness is I just can't keep anything half-done. If some work is pending, I just go on working on it and that sometimes affect my other work routine. - I am a naturally shy person. Since I was a kid, I have always felt nervous presenting in front of the class. I realized I had to overcome this fear, so I took Toastmasters classes that really helped. BASICALLY while Telling your weakness also tell how you've transformed your weakness into a strength
